At Ville Belle, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here’s how our refund process works.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.

Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for a refund.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
2. Return Process

Reason for return
Once we approve your return, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
